DETECTIVE INTERENATIONAL (popularly known as “DIL”) was established by Mr. V. Kulothunga Cholan (Mr. Cholan in short), trained in Scotland Yard Discipline, at the time when the concept of investigation by private sources was hardly known to the people of the country.
